Villa Erbaia Relais de Charme
Villa Erbaia, part of an ancient medieval hamlet dating back to the late 1300s, is situated in the Mugello hills near Lake Bilancino. The estate complex includes the Villa Padronale, several agricultural outbuildings and a beautiful Italian garden. The ancient ownership of the Erbaia estate belonged to the Dini family, which was already present in important Florentine offices and magistracies in the 14th century.
Since 2024, Villa Erbaia, thanks to a complete reconversion, has been transformed into a splendid Relais de Charme offering a unique and refined experience in the suggestive Mugello hills. Guests can enjoy a luxurious stay that combines history with all modern comforts. The relais has two magnificent swimming pools, perfect for relaxing and admiring the surrounding panorama.
As for the body villa, the same has been carefully restored, eliminating the superfluous and maintaining aesthetic balance-formal whole complex.
E ‘it was also redesigned and restored Italian garden with the ancient “temple” and restored the old chapel. Work began in 2004 and ended in 2005. Today it is home to the Villa Erbaia company Gecof Costruzioni Srl.
