In 2012 work began regarding the restructuring of the entire building complex through the construction of No. 4 residential units with exclusive private gardens, and underground garages. The design has been carefully prepared to highlight the character of Tuscan farmhouse complex linked to agricultural production. The works were completed in 2014.

Building complex shape of the nineteenth-century farmhouse, set in the place Canicce, town of Borgo San Lorenzo (FI) surrounded by greenery consists of the farmhouse and No. 2 former farm buildings as well as several plots of land.
