The Gecof construction company was founded in 1998 operating in Tuscany, concentrating its efforts in Florence and its province.

The activity is mainly oriented towards the realizations of exclusive homes by restoring historical buildings. Gecof began focusing on the purchase of old factories and historical buildings, with the aim of the turnkey refurbishment and division into various apartments of remarkable dimension and quality. Particular attention is paid to common areas of the dwellings and is a principal characteristic of Gecof’s work.
